Our office is conveniently located on the second floor of the Ophthalmology Center. Free parking is available for our patients in our bi-level attached parking structure. Wheelchairs are available in the lobby.

All after-hour calls are handled by the medical exchange. Simply dial the office number, (866) 572-9992, and the answering service will contact your doctor or the doctor on-call, who will return your call as soon as possible. A Note on Health Insurance

The doctors in our office are participating providers of Medicare and accept "assignment" on all Medicare charges. We also belong to a variety Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) and vision care plans. Please call our office to see if we participate in your particular program.

Unless covered by your insurance, payment is expected at time of service. Our office will accept cash, a personal check, as well as VISA, MasterCard and Discover. If you have a special financial situation, please discuss this with your doctor so that arrangements can be made. Confidentiality will be maintained.

If you have major health insurance, most surgeries will be covered under your policy. Refractive surgery and most plastic surgeries are typically not covered. We will submit the forms to your health insurance company and /or Medicare for you. Again, if you have problems paying the uninsured portion of your bill, please discuss this with your doctor and special arrangements will be made.
